Having been sidelined since late December with a neck injury, veteran forward Markieff Morris was cleared to resume basketball activities on Monday. Morris, 29, is now a free agent after the New Orleans Pelicans waived him following a trade-deadline deal with the Washington Wizards. According to Morris’ agent, Rich Paul, the Los Angeles Lakers are among the teams interested in the forward.
